FAQs

How do I organise an appointment?

Contact us at the nearest clinic and we will do our best to provide you with a time and location to suit your needs.

Is it possible to get a physiotherapy quote for my solicitor?

Yes, click here to go to our download a quote page and enter your details.

Do I need a GP referral?

It is not necessary to get a GP referral to see one of our physiotherapists.

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?

You will need to wear or bring suitable clothing to change into.  If you have a knee problem, shorts or loose trousers would be appropriate as it is necessary to be able to see and feel the injured area.  In the case of a shoulder, neck or back problem, it may be necessary to remove your shirt or wear a top that exposes the relevant area.  If you are female, and for religious reasons are not able to be seen by a male physiotherapist, it is possible to see a female physiotherapist.

How do I pay for the treatment?

We advise is that you should always keep your solicitor informed of your plans as you may be able to access physiotherapy as part of the claims process.  Often, we are instructed by independent solicitors to provide a course of physiotherapy and we invoice the solicitors after the treatment has finished.  Alternatively, you can pay for the physiotherapy yourself by cash or cheque and we will provide you with a receipt at the end of the course of treatment.  We accept all forms of private medical insurance including BUPA, AXAPPP, HSA, Norwich Union, Standard Life, Cigna, Remedi etc.
